Abbey graduated from Accountancy Department of Ondo State Polytechnic, Owo, Nigeria with upper credit. He holds Masters of Business Administration degree (Finance) from University of Ado-Ekiti.

Abbey is a fellow of The Institute of Financial Accountants – Chartered (UK) – IFA; an affiliate of Chartered Institute of Public Accountants (CIPA) Australia. He is also a fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria –ICAN. His working experience has cut across almost all sections of business environment. That is, Food and Hospitality, Education, Aviation, Consultancy Practices, Large Corporate, Manufacturing and Multinationals.

Abbey Falae has once taught at Nursery and Primary school level, Polytechnic, University and professional training school levels. Mr. Abbey Falae trained as an accountant with Adedayo, Arowolo & Co, (A firm of Chartered Accountants and Tax Practitioners). He worked as a Manager in Crispees Foods Ltd, Revenue Accountant at First Nation Airways (SS) Ltd., – Former Belleview Airline. He joined A.G.Leventis Nigeria Plc Group – Leventis Motors as Treasury Officer and rose to the position of Treasury Manager in 2009. He was the Head, Treasury unit GZ industries Nig. Ltd and later join the Treasury Team of Figoglass Nigeria / Beta Glass Plc – The world‘s foremost ICM and glass manufacturers.

Mr Theophilus Abbey Falae is married to princess Adekemi Oluwatoyin and the marriage is blessed with Captain, Great, Success and Praise.

Mr. Olowookere is a seasoned and respected Analyst of Corporate Finance, Public Sector Accounting and Auditing. In the course of his discharge of Financial expertise, he was privileged to train and work with Abiodun Awonowo & Co. (A re-known firm of Chartered Accountants).
 
Ayoola is a Senior Lecturer in a Higher Institution in Nigeria. He has also worked as an Administrator of Schools for many years.
